- The ventilation of your body is important - body warmth can cause condensation on the inside of your anorak. Some material manufacturers claim that their products minimize the condensation - if you perspire heavily then this may not be enough. Therefore it is a good idea to have an anorak that opens completely at the front. Single-piece, knee length anoraks do not. Capes provide good ventilation but they blow around with heavy wind.
