Hotel Safety Tips
Here's a few tips to keep in mind while staying at a Hotel ...
- When checking into a hotel, make sure that strangers don't hear your name and room number.
- Use the hotel's main entrance when arriving at night.
- Never let anyone in your room without first checking their identity with the front desk.
- Never show off your money or jewlery.
- Check your windows and make sure they're locked.
- When you leave your room to use a vending machine, or for any other reason, don't leave your door open.
- Use all of the locks provided on your door.
- If your room has a door that leads into another room that's not a part of your rental, then make sure that door is locked.
- When checking into the hotel, try and get a room that's close to the elevator.
- Guard your room key or access card - don't leave it in a visible location while in the lobby, dining room or pool.
- It's Okay to ask an employee to accompany you to your room!
