The trail traverses down the hillside to the bridge at (94). At the bridge you will see a trail that leads to the sea. During low tides you can walk on the beach from here to (108).

During high tides you should walk over the bridge to (99), where our route passes through a residential area. From (100), just follow the streets to (108).
You may be interested to visit the the Old Town Lock-up at (D), or the Swanage Railway in the town centre.
Have a rest at (114), the location of the Swanage Heritage Centre. Our route continues to the Swanage pier at (115), and then to (116) where the road branches. Continue walking rightward to (118), and follow the trail to the cliffs at (119). Hike up the hill to (122). |
