The Swallet Ruin Trail is a spur trail located off the Montezuma Well Trail. Water flows from the well along 150 ft of a prehistoric irrigation channel, built by the ancient Sinagua Indians which is still in use today. This trail offers plenty of shade and has a nice relaxing atmosphere. The ruins are located along the end of the trail next to the cliff wall.
