To access the Long Logs Trail, park your car at the Rainbow Forest Museum parking lot and follow the signs over the bridge to the Long Logs Trailhead. The trail passes through the largest accumulation of petrified wood within the park. The first section of the trail is paved and suitable for wheelchairs and is designated as an easy loop trail. Many of the petrified trees at this location remain intact.
